Localization
All 12 supported Indian languages are translated out of the box — the bot-settings language picks the translation automatically, including the lead form and the “talk to a human” button. Use the Localization tab only to override a specific string with your own wording.
Per-bot design
Each bot has its own widget config. Switch bots in the sidebar and style them independently — useful when one bot serves your storefront and another serves your docs. See Plans & quotas.
